Shipping + Local Pickup:
Shipping is calculated by weight. We do not ship outside of the United States. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All orders placed online will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (business days do not include weekends or holidays).
Live locally and want to save on shipping? We offer FREE in-store pickup for online orders. Just choose “Local Pickup" at checkout and shipping fees will be waived!
Holiday Return Policy:
We have extended our return policy for the holidays! Gifts purchased between December 1 + December 25th will be eligible for store credit or exchange until January 15th. Need a gift receipt? If you’re purchasing in-store, let a Stylist know, otherwise leave a note in your online order + we’ll be sure to include a gift receipt when we ship it out to you!
Return Policy:
We will gladly accept unworn items, with tags attached, for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All sale items are final sale. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Online order returns must be postmarked within 14 days. Shipping costs for all returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
