    Shipping + Local Pickup:

    Shipping is calculated by weight. We do not ship outside of the United States. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. All orders placed online will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (business days do not include weekends or holidays).

    Live locally and want to save on shipping? We offer FREE in-store pickup for online orders. Just choose “Local Pickup" at checkout and shipping fees will be waived!

     

    Holiday Return Policy: 

    We have extended our return policy for the holidays! Gifts purchased between December 1 + December 25th will be eligible for store credit or exchange until January 15th. Need a gift receipt? If you’re purchasing in-store, let a Stylist know, otherwise leave a note in your online order + we’ll be sure to include a gift receipt when we ship it out to you! 

     

    Return Policy:

    We will gladly accept unworn items, with tags attached, for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All sale items are final sale. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Online order returns must be postmarked within 14 days. Shipping costs for all returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.       Condition of Returned Merchandise:
      All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags attached, unworn, unwashed, fragrance/odor/deodorant free, receipt included, shoe box included + in the same condition as when purchased. If items show any signs of wear or fall outside of the conditions set above, store credit will not be issued and items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

        Damaged Items:
        All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you find that an item is damaged or defective, please send a photo as well as a description of the issue to hudson@onenineboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your items. We will contact you within 2-3 business days to resolve the issue.


          Exchanges:

          We do not offer online exchanges due to the small quantities of each collection. If you wish to order a different size, please place a new order, and follow our return policy for steps to return your original purchase. We do, however, accept in-store exchanges at our brick and mortar location in Hudson, WI. Due to the small quantities of collection pieces, please call (715-690-2966) or email (hudson@onenineboutique.com) to inquire about the availability of your desired size.
